The staff were consistently courteous, thanks to them everything was perfect. The unit we got was spotless with high picturesque ceiling, a nice view and the painted walls.

Wonderful and clean place with very, very nice and courteous staff on the reception desk. Good and fantastic breakfast selection with good cappuccino and sweet delicacies, as example. Great location in walking distance from main tourist area, easy to get around.

It was in a marvellous location near a 15th - century Renaissance mansion. Comforts of classic double room were fabulous - a private safe, a mini-bar, and central heating. The breakfast food including pastries and scrambled eggs was delicious.

Great location and comfortable rooms, perfect for exploring the city. Walking distance from the train station and close to all the main attractions. The room was spacious and well-appointed with quirky decor that added a unique touch. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options and the added bonus of mimosas. a wonderful surprise and a great hotel for a memorable holiday.
The dim lighting in the room made it difficult to do makeup properly. The see-through glass door in the bathroom was inconvenient for friends sharing a room.

Every time we stay in Florence, like to stay here. The place is wonderful and clean. The hotel is centrally located in about 15 minutes walk to a picturesque medieval arched river bridge. It has very, very nice staff team on the reception desk.

The location was perfect, being just a short walk from the train station. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, with artistic painted walls and even superhero action figures. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it a joy to return to after a long day exploring the city. The breakfast area was beautiful and the staff were efficient in their service. The breakfast itself had a great variety of options and was constantly being replenished.
We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.
